It is a great addition to your relaxation routine because the minty and cool sensation in your scalp will make you feel really relaxed and it is really soothing. Also, after washing you will feel that your hair is really clean. A must have. Highly recommended.

This has been very soothing to use during winter time, I have dandruff and while I may not use this as my regular shampoo - I use it once or twice a week.
